Immerse yourself in the green heart of Umbria, Italy during an incredible Wine and Body Retreat created by yoga instructor Laura Talafer and wine educator Sarah May Grunwald, co-founders of Women Who Wine in Rome. Step away from daily life during this long weekend and treat yourself to four days of yoga, natural wines and friendship.
What’s included?
This all-inclusive long women’s weekend is designed to allow you to treat yourself in a friendly, stress-free environment, where everything is already organized; you just need to show up! We want you to feel good and have fun as you come back to your body through yoga poses and the sensuality of wine.
Yoga.
Each morning Laura will lead you through a gentle Vinyasa Flow, followed by a delicious, organic buffet brunch. Afternoons will be dedicated to relaxing, lounging around the pool with coffee, tea, and snacks available throughout the day. In the evenings, we will enjoy a restorative yoga session to de-stress the mind and create space in the physical body.
Wine.
Delight in tasting and learning about the world of natural wines, hand-picked by Sarah May: wine educator and Sommelier. This weekend includes a welcome aperitivo with sparkling wine tasting, all dinners with wine specially curated to match the plant-based food we will be eating, and an excursion to a winery with transportation included. We encourage drinking responsibly.
